My name is Douglas MacDonald. I''m a photojournalist for a local newspaper, "The Jeju Weekly".

I would like to enter this photo contest. I''ve spent at least 5 hours in each of the last 2 days trying to upload my application form (in .hwp format) and 3 photos (in jpg format) but this website is not allowing me to do so. I''ve used 4 different computers (both in English and Korean) in 4 different places and I get the same response from your website. I''ve had a Korean person try to help me and they have had the same problem.

There is no email information on your website and nobody is answering the phone because of the Chuseok holiday. Also, your phone has no answering machine. 

I''ve been looking forward to entering this contest and have spent many weeks preparing for it..  The deadline is tomorrow, September 30th. Please help me!


저는 제주 위클리 사진기자 Douglas MacDonald 입니다. 

이번 4.3 사진공모전에 관심이 있어 참가하고자 지난 2일 동안 이 곳에 방문하여 한글파일로 된 참가신청서와 jpg사진3개의 파일을 업로드 하려고 했으나 매 번  업로드 실패 메세지만 볼 수 있었습니다. 이에  또 다른 4개의 컴퓨터(한글버전 및 영문버전 )를 다른 환경에서 연결을 시도 해 보았지만 같은 현상이 일어나 이곳저곳에 문의해 보았으나 역시 업로드가 안되었다는 메세지만 뜨더군요.

귀 웹사이트에는 어떠한 이메일 주소와  유선전화상의 자동응답기를 발견하지 못한 차에 급히 이 곳에 도움을 구하고자 글을 남깁니다. 저는 이번 사진공모전에 꼭 참여하고 싶어 지난 몇 주를 준비해 왔습니다. 공교롭게도 내일(9월 30일)이 데드라인이라 참 난감합니다. 

속히 답신을 주시면 감사하겠습니다.
